Rental Guidelines
- Travel Itinerary must be approved by owner when
reservation is made. Absolutely no trips to Mexico
- Trailer should be returned clean and in the same
condition as when it was picked up
- Propane should be full
- Grey and Black water tanks should be empty and clean
- All or some of the cleaning deposit may be retained for
the Rentor returning a dirty trailer. If the cleaning deposit does not
sufficiently cover the cost to clean the trailer, additional funds will be
required by the Rentor.
- Rentor must provide their own insurance for the Travel
Trailer or purchase rental insurance through MBA Insurance.
- Rentor is fully responsible for the Travel Trailer
while it is in their possession
- Any loss or damage to the Travel Trailer, either by
accident or negligence, is the Rentors responsibility
- The owner can not be held liable for any damage or
injury caused by the Travel Trailer while the Travel Trailer is in
possession of the Rentor.
- Rentor can not sublet or sublease the Travel Trailer
- Rentor shall not make any alteration or improvements to
the Travel Trailer
- Travel Trailer can not be used in any illegal acts
- Tow vehicle must be equipped with a working trailer
brake control box as this trailer does NOT have surge brakes.
