Rental Guidelines

• Travel Itinerary must be approved by owner when reservation is made.  Absolutely no trips to Mexico
• Trailer should be returned clean and in the same condition as when it was picked up
• Propane should be full
• Grey and Black water tanks should be empty and clean
• All or some of the cleaning deposit may be retained for the Rentor returning a dirty trailer.  If the cleaning deposit does not sufficiently cover the cost to clean the trailer, additional funds will be required by the Rentor.
• Rentor must provide their own insurance for the Travel Trailer or purchase rental insurance through MBA Insurance.
• Rentor is fully responsible for the Travel Trailer while it is in their possession
• Any loss or damage to the Travel Trailer, either by accident or negligence, is the Rentors responsibility
• The owner can not be held liable for any damage or injury caused by the Travel Trailer while the Travel Trailer is in possession of the Rentor.
• Rentor can not sublet or sublease the Travel Trailer
• Rentor shall not make any alteration or improvements to the Travel Trailer
• Travel Trailer can not be used in any illegal acts
• Tow vehicle must be equipped with a working trailer brake control box as this trailer does NOT have surge brakes.
